Every Friday, we highlight the best (and, sometimes, worst) new music of the week in The Playlist. This week: R. Kelly remixes Phoenix, plus the new Baauer video everyone's talking about.

“Higher” by Just Blaze & Baauer feat. Jay-ZIt's been a big week in music, so I'll assume you've all made up your minds on the new Gaga (B+), Katy Perry's "Roar" (A-), Fiona's living-room jamming (A+), Earl Sweatshirt's record (B+) and that Kendrick Lamar rap (A+). What you maybe didn't catch was the unlikely but banging collaboration between Harlem Shaker Baauer and big-time hip-hop producer Just Blaze. Although it features fun hype-man bits from the now hyphen-less Jay Z, the video is where it's at. Shot in Kerala, India, the short film viciously pits a bunch of scrawny kids against sword-fighting martial artists to fiery results.“Trying To Be Cool” by Phoenix (R. Kelly Remix)  Kells jumps on this cut like it's no big deal, like he covers French pop tunes every week, like this won't be an unavoidable addition to any late summer of 2013 mixtape, like the already infectious tune didn't just become a crucial bit groovier. "Let this remix get into you" indeed.“Copy Of A” by Nine Inch Nails There's something about Trent Reznor's dry, punctilious sound. It doesn't just create an enveloping cinematic soundscape, though David Fincher has made great use of Reznor's skills in that regard. No, his music doesn’t hit the listener between the ears but right in the gut. This fantastic new taste of Hesitation Marks (out September 3rd) is an exemplary case in point, using sonic cuts and jabs and blows to force its way into your head, your stomach, your skin.“The Wire” by HAIMI said it once already: The Haim sisters will save us all. Already a great West Coast jam in itself, the video sees the band at their beguiling best, breaking men's hearts but taking no prisoners.“Night Still Comes” by Neko CaseHowever excited I am to hear the Haim and Nine Inch Nails albums, there's little doubt that Neko Case's upcoming (take a deep breath) The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight, The Harder I Fight, The More I Love You (also out September 3rd) will top them both in lyrical prowess. This new track might not be as big a barnstormer as "Man," but it still comes with Case's trademark barbs. Watch out: Pointed at the right angle ,they might just be deadly, so handle with care.

Sword master Isao Machii has to be seen to be believed. This Japanese Iaido master can perform such stunning feats as cutting the flame from a candle wick or slicing a BB pellet in half in the time it would take the rest of us to register the sound of it being fired. Machii holds several world records for his swordplay including “fastest tennis ball (708 km/hr) cut by a sword”. Needless to say, don’t ever f*ck with this samurai who for all we know came straight out of The Matrix.

Whether you’re freshly divorced and just dipping your toes back into the singles pool, or if you’ve been wading in the deep end for years brandishing your career bachelor moniker, you’d likely be intrigued by a list purporting to lead you by the nose to the best cyber meat markets that $34.99 can buy. You wouldn’t be alone.I count myself in the first category -- I’ve recently found myself single after the end of a six-year marriage in which the sexual intimacy had ended about five years earlier. So coming across AskMen’s initial list of hookup websites seemed like just what the doctor ordered -- or so I thought. After a fair share of due diligence and a rather large leap of faith, I threw caution to the wind and threw down $35 toward a membership on one of the list’s featured sites. I got exactly what I bargained for, and failed in my quest to find the golden honey pot at the end of the proverbial rainbow.I’m not easily deterred, however, and I refused to believe that cyber-sexual bliss did not exist. After all, how could all these sites stay in business if they are nothing more than scams? Phony profiles, sketchy emails and failed promises of casual encounters confirmed my skepticism and raised my curiosity. So I set out on a quest to learn the truth about who’s who in the hookup website business, and took the reins on a comprehensive review. In doing so, I learned that, as with most things in life, there is some good, some bad and certainly some ugly. What follows are the results of that review, complete with rankings that should help guide you on your own journey toward cyber-sexual bliss.   Disclaimer: This article is for entertainment purposes only. AskMen does not take any responsibility for the quality of these sites or the experiences you may have on them. Proceed at your own risk.

Men's grooming and fashion are multibillion-dollar industries that rely on your insecurities to stay afloat. Your anguished morning glance in the mirror is worth a lot of money to a lot of people. But here's a little secret: In many, if not most, cases, the difference between an ugly man and a reasonably attractive man -- and I'm telling you this as a grown woman, so it has to be true -- is a very minimal amount of effort. At the beginning of the year, we put out a call-out for readers to take part in a style consultation for an AskMen web series called Dress Your Best. Judging by the number of emails we got, many of you are looking for guidance in the style department. And that's exactly what we're here for. We have tons of articles on how to look better, but learning through example is different -- especially when you get one-on-one time with an expert. Dress Your Best airs every Friday in March on AskMen, and will tackle subjects like how to dress for a job interview, what to wear on date night and more -- stay tuned!

Dress Your Best - Episode No. 4 - The Right Cut

Show of hands: How many of you struggle with finding the right hairstyle? You're definitely not alone. Where do you start? You know your face shape has something to do with it, but, like most guys, you don't know much beyond that. And your lifestyle needs to be taken into consideration, too. After all, how you wear your hair to the office isn't exactly how you'd like to wear it on a date. These are some of the hair issues our reader Sung, a freelance video producer, has, which is why he approached us for help. Sachin, AskMen's fashion editor, brings him to see his friend Rob McMillen at Blind Barber in the East Village, the coolest barbershop in New York City. Rob schools Sung on finding the right hairstyle for his face and lifestyle. Check it out!

Dress Your Best - Episode No. 3 - Wedding Day

Your wedding day is not like your high school prom. Which is to say, years from now, photos from the special day shouldn't prompt serious lulz and/or regret. You need to get every last detail right, including what you plan on wearing. That's why one of our readers, Mike, who recently proposed to his girlfriend in San Francisco, contacted us for help.Like many guys, he wants to buy -- not rent (good call, Mike) -- a suit that he can use long after the big day is over. So Sachin takes Mike to Ted Baker London to find him the perfect wedding suit. He also goes over the specifics of what you need to nail wedding gear, regardless of your budget. And if you plan on wearing the traditional tuxedo, Sachin's got the 411 for you, too.

Dress Your Best - Episode No. 2 - Date Night

Not sure how what to wear on date night? The challenge is to pick something that you feel comfortable in, but that will also impress women. In this episode, our reader Matt first joins Sachin at John Varvatos to learn about the one item that will never fail you on date night: the leather jacket. Next, Sachin takes Matt to Ben Sherman in SoHo to find head-to-toe looks -- but there's a catch. Sachin is joined by AskMen music contributor Sowmya Krishnamurthy. Each of them pick out a look for Matt and battle it out to see which comes out on top. Check it out!

Dress Your Best - Episode No. 1 - Job Interview

In the first episode of Dress Your Best, Sachin meets up with Kyle. Kyle recently relocated to New York after graduating from an art and design college in Florida. He approached us to refine his look for job interviews. Kyle also struggles to find clothes that fit his short body type.  First, Sachin took him to Odin New York, one of the coolest men's stores in Manhattan, to look at suit options and to see how to get the most out of one suit during the workweek. Next, they went to premier menswear designer Billy Reid's store to talk about suits and tailoring services. Find out what Kyle learned!

Remember being told to take off your hat indoors? My, how times have changed. According to Josh Reed of Gents, a lifestyle brand best known for its lux (and surprisingly affordable) baseball caps, that rule needs to be revisited. He proposes that men can wear caps with everything from suits to tuxedos. Of course, that doesn't give men the gold pass to grab any old hat from their closets -- there's an art to mastering the look.  We sat down with Josh to talk about how to pull off the look, the most common cap-wearing mistakes men make and to learn more about Gents. Check it out!
